Are there opportunities for competitions or team training?
Yes. For students who want to take their training further, we offer team training and opportunities to participate in tournaments. These programs help build discipline, teamwork, and goal-setting skills.
What’s the recommended attire for my child during class?
We suggest wearing comfortable athletic clothing. For martial arts, a uniform is required and can be purchased directly from us.
Can families train together?
Absolutely. We encourage family participation and offer classes where parents and kids can train side by side. It’s a great way to stay active, bond, and grow together through shared goals.

How do you ensure the safety of the students?
Safety is our top priority. Our facilities are cleaned daily by a professional cleaning company. Our lead instructors are certified in CPR and first aid yearly and our facilities are equipped with first aid kits as well as AEDs.
Can you tell me about your free trial program?
New students can enjoy a one-week free trial to try out our classes and determine if it suits their needs.
